Below is a list of our standard headshot pricing packages for Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver B.C area.

We serve all of the lower mainland, including Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Mission, the Fraser Valley, etc.

We also serve more remote locations like Whistler, Hope, Vancouver Island, etc. for an additional travel fee.

If you have a large volume and are based outside of Greater Vancouver, or B.C, please inquire.

Our headshot pricing is based on our mobile photography studio system, where we come to you with all the necessary backdrops, lighting and equipment and set up, with minimum disruption, in your home or office.

We can provide studio use if required for larger shoots. However, we no longer maintain our own Vancouver Photography studio and simply rent locations as needed.

We made this move as it is a lot simpler and less disruptive to the office environment for our busy clients if we can come to them.

A typical headshot shoot generally runs for approximately 30 minutes for individuals and we can do large groups at approximately 15-20 minutes per person.

We have honed our craft and know how to get the best portrait out of a person in the shortest amount of time.

This skill is extremely valued with very busy professionals who don’t necessarily have an hour to set aside for headshots, or don’t want to sit through hundreds of light flashes.

Generally, we shoot a variety of images and have the individual pick their top choices right there from our tethered laptop system.

We then go away and make basic enhancements, including, sharpness, colour corrections, contrast, skin smoothing, etc., and then upload the images to a secure site to be downloaded by the client in both low resolution (web friendly) and full resolution (for print needs) files.

The below pricing is based on our typical headshot shoots, but we are always open to discuss for specific needs.

At the end of the shoot we will go through the images together and help you select the best 2 images.

Often these will be different looks or formats to give you various options depending on need, e.g. you may want an image for your business profile, page, and another for Linkedin, and then a more relaxed image for Facebook.

We will provide basic enhancements on your chosen images and will provide you with an email to download your images from a secure link.

This will allow for a large variety of shots with different lighting setups.

We will provide a hair & makeup, but should you choose to do your own you can deduct $150.00 from the total.

At the end of the shoot we will help you choose 7 of the best for detailed enhancement.

Your image will be delivered to you in both full and low resolution (web and print ready).

Your image can also be delivered directly to Rocket Repro for printing, if desired.

In addition to shooting your headshots we also offer a package where we will set up a killer social media introductory bio for you.

We work with our skilled Copy Writer and based on your resume/desired goals we will provide a 150-200 word bio for your social media platform of choice.

The most common request we get for this service is Linkedin, but you can choose to use wherever required, or we can tailor to other social media platforms.
